Interested in Partnering with Office of Guardianship?

The New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Council’s Office of Guardianship (OOG) is always looking for new partners throughout the State. We are currently accepting letters of interest for the following services:

• Petitioning Attorney
• Guardian ad Litem
• Court Visitor
• Professional Guardianship
• Mental Health Treatment Guardianship

If you are interested in contracting with OOG, please submit a Letter of Interest that includes the following information:

• Your qualifications and experience;
• The service area in New Mexico where you would be able to provide services; and
• The number of cases you can take on at any given time.

Along wtih the letter, please include:

• Your résumé;
• The names of three professional references; and 
• W-9 form (if you are not already contracting with the State of New Mexico).
